So I’m going to bend the rules here a bit. I’ve never been one to follow the rules. In the coming months, you will be hearing plenty about the places I’ve traveled to, so today I am going to answer a question I am getting more and more frequently: “Where are you living again?” People, people. I am living in:

Karlsruhe, Germany is a French-German city located in the Southwest corner of Germany, just 15 kilometers from the French border.  The closest cities you may be familiar with are Frankfurt, Baden-Baden, Stuttgart, Mannheim, and then Strasbourg, France. The population is ~300,000 people and it’s also a university town. It is speculated that the cityscape of Washington, D.C. was modeled after Karlsruhe. I got all this information from Wikipedia. So really, I do not know a whole lot. I’m sure I’ll have gobs to share with y’all in the coming months.
